Lets2Go is an AI-powered travel planning platform that offers users the ability to explore, plan, and book trips worldwide, including flights, accommodations, tours, restaurants, and transportation.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, along with the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help detect spam.

An anonymized string created from your email address (a hash) may be sent to the Gravatar service to see if you’re using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available at: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After your comment is approved, your profile picture is visible to the public alongside your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, avoid including embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors can download and extract this data from images on the site.

Cookies

If you leave a comment, you may opt-in to saving your name, email, and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so you don’t have to re-enter your details. These cookies last one year.

The Lets2Go mobile application offers travel planning services powered by artificial intelligence (AI), including personalized itineraries, activity suggestions, and integrated bookings.
We collect and use data to provide these features, including:

  • Geolocation: With your permission, we use your device’s location to show nearby tours, restaurants, and accommodations.
  • Profile and preferences: We store your travel style, destination interests, and profile settings to personalize your experience.
  • AI-generated itineraries: Your search history, selected preferences, and past interactions help our system offer smart suggestions for trips, accommodations, and local activities.
  • Third-party booking APIs: Lets2Go connects with providers like Amadeus, Agoda, and Kayak to facilitate reservations. This may involve sharing the necessary booking information (such as name, travel dates, location).
  • Reservation data: When you make bookings, we collect details like travel dates, selected services, and in some cases nationality or date of birth, if required by providers.
  • Push notifications: We may send app notifications about your upcoming trips, status changes, or travel reminders. You can manage notification preferences through your device settings.
  • Cross-device usage: Lets2Go is available on web, Android, and iOS platforms. Your profile and data may be synchronized across devices using secure cloud storage.

We never sell your personal data. Any data shared with third-party services is strictly limited to what is necessary to deliver the requested service.

Who we share your data with

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

Additionally, when you use Lets2Go services (e.g., booking a hotel, flight, or tour), we may share necessary information with selected third-party providers solely for service fulfillment. We do not sell your data.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account or have left comments, you may request an exported file of your personal data. You can also request deletion of any personal data we hold. This excludes data we’re obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
